	The Florida Higher Education Facilities Financing Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Meeting to consider a certain resolution to amend the indenture of the Higher Education Facilities Financing Authority (Florida) Ringling College of Art and Design Series 2004 bond issue, consider the results of a public hearing with respect to the proposed issuance of bonds by HEFFA to refund certain outstanding obligations issued for the benefit of St. Leo University and adoption of a preliminary approval resolution pertaining thereto, and to conduct regular board business.
