PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the standards and procedures for the provision of facility-based non-residential services to youth on probation, conditional release, and post-commitment probation, as well as those committed to a minimum-risk non-residential facility.

SUBJECT:

Provisions address the administration and safety of non-residential facilities, service delivery, and the manner in which youths’ progress is reported and their release is accomplished.
