Delegation of Powers and Duties to Electrolysis Council

PURPOSE:

The changes will clarify the Council’s role in considering applications; language has been added for accepting non-disciplinary voluntary relinquishments and language was deleted because it is not needed.

SUMMARY:

The Change clarifies the Council's role in accepting applications.
