	The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	An Administrator Hearing Panel, December 11, 2009, 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard; A Business Meeting, 9:45 a.m. or as soon thereafter

PLACE:	Staybridge Suites, 1600 Summit Lake Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32317, (850)219-7000

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators.
