Overview



	The Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 14, 2009, 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Sea Grape Room, 9250 Island Grove Terrace, Vero Beach, FL 32963

Subject:	The workshop will discuss the proposed erosion control project known as Indian River County Sector 3 Beach and Dune Restoration, and the establishment of an Erosion Control Line for said project. This workshop is the public’s opportunity to ask questions about, comment on, speak in support of, and object to the proposed beach restoration project and the proposed erosion control line. The location of the proposed erosion control project is as follows: Sections 3, 10, 14, 15, 23, 25, 26, & 36, Township 31 South, Range 39 East; Section 1 Township 32 South, Range 39 East; Section 6 Township 32 South, Range 40 East. If approved by the Board of Trustees the Erosion Control Line will be recorded in the County’s Book of Plats and will become the boundary between private uplands and sovereign submerged lands owned by the state.
