PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rules 15C-4.001 through 15C-4.009, F.A.C., Private Recreational Vehicle Inspections, because they are obsolete. Section 320.8256, F.S., rulemaking authority for this rule has been repealed; therefore the Department no longer has the authority to perform private recreational vehicle inspections. The effect will be to repeal Rule Chapter 15C-4, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rules 15C-4.001 through 15C-4.009, F.A.C., Private Recreational Vehicle Inspections, are being repealed because they are obsolete and the Department no longer has the authority to perform private recreational vehicle inspections.
