Overview

RULE:

15C-6.001	Motor Vehicle Emissions Reinspection Facilities and Self-Inspectors (Repealed)
15C-6.002	Exemptions and Waivers from the Requirements for Annual Emissions Inspections (Repealed)
15C-6.003	Emissions Inspection Fee for Annual Emissions Inspections (Repealed)
15C-6.005	Bureau of Emissions Control Forms (Repealed)
15C-6.007	Motor Vehicle Safety Equipment Inspection Standards (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rules 15C-6.001 through 15C-6.007, F.A.C., Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection, because they are obsolete. Section 325.219, F.S., rulemaking authority for this rule has been repealed; therefore the Department no longer has the authority to perform motor vehicle emissions inspections. The effect will be to repeal Rule Chapter 15C-6, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rules 15C-6.001 through 15C-6.007, F.A.C., Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection, are being repealed because they are obsolete and the Department no longer has the authority to perform motor vehicle emissions inspections.
