RULE:

23-23.006	Conditional Release Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to update rules to conform to current practices and procedures, deleting obsolete rules, practices and procedures, and standardizing to conform to other types of Commission supervision.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes conforms the standard conditions of conditional release supervision to other forms of supervision. The hearing and revocation procedures are also updated to clarify current practice and conform to other forms of supervision.
