RULE:

23-24.020	Conditional Medical Release Eligibility
23-24.030	Conditions of Conditional Medical Release
23-24.050	Revocation of Conditional Medical Release

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to update rules to conform to current practices and procedures, deleting obsolete rules and standardizing to conform to other types of Commission supervision.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes conforms the standard conditions of conditional medical release supervision to other forms of supervision. The hearing and revocation procedures are also updated to clarify current practice and conform to other forms of supervision.
