PURPOSE:

: Chapter 65D-30, F.A.C. will be substantially revised to comply with statutory revisions in Chapter 397, F.S., effected by Chapter 2009-132, Laws of Florida. The rule amendments will include but not be limited to, updating rule language to reflect current practice in the field of addictions, modifying substance abuse program licensure requirements, and adding new language to address and regulate e-counseling services.
