Filing Procedures for Workers' Compensation Classifications, Rules, Rates, Rating Plans, Deviations and Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed new rule adopts existing policy applicable to the review and approval of workers’ compensation classifications, rules, rates, rating plans, deviations and forms. It makes clear that the filing shall be submitted electronically.
