PURPOSE:

The amendments incorporate the use of enhanced programming in the behavior management and delinquency intervention systems for residential programs. The amendments provide for the use of promising practices, found by research to reduce recidivism or address criminogenic need. Administration and staffing requirements are amended to facilitate the programming. A form is updated and definitions are added.

SUBJECT:

Amending rules governing behavior management, delinquency intervention and treatment services, and program administration in residential programs.
