Provisional Licensure; Requirements

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify the time limit for the validity of a provisional license, and to review for possible changes to bring the rule into compliance with the legislative requirement.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposes to amend would clarify license will not be valid after 21 months, and to bring the rule into compliance with the new legislative requirement.
