Formal Determinations (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to update this section of Chapter 40B-400, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), to revise the Petition for a Formal Wetland and Surfacewater Determination form, and address comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC).

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule will revise the Petition for a Formal Wetland and Surfacewater Determination form, and incorporate the form within the corresponding rule. In addition, the rule language will be amended to reflect comments received from JAPC.
