	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 15, 2010, 11:00 a.m.; February 18, 2010, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Conference Center, Conference Room 152, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950

Subject:	In accordance with Section 120.525 Florida Statutes, a Pre-Bid Conference (January 15, 2010) and Meeting of the Evaluation and Negotiation Team (February 18, 2010) are hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Negotiate (Number: 06-991-530-G) for Mail Services. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Weekly (F.A.W.).
