RULE:

64V-1.025	Duties of Local Registrar for Transmittal of Records or Report of No Records (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of these rules is to incorporate forms used in the appointment of registrars and for the submission of vital records.

SUMMARY:

These rules are to ensure compliance with requirements of Section 382.003(10), F.S.
