6A-10.044

Residency for Tuition Purposes

PURPOSE:

Section 1009.21, Florida Statutes, governing the determination of resident status for tuition purposes, was revised during the 2009 legislative session. The rule is recommended to be amended to be consistent with the revised statute.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule is revised to align with new statutory provisions.
