Adoption of proposed rules in new Rule Chapter 12D-9, (Requirements for Value Adjustment Boards in Administrative Reviews; Uniform Rules of Procedure for Hearings), partial repeal of provisions in Rule Chapter 12D-10, (Value Adjustment Board), and revised Rule 12D-16.002 (Index to Forms), Florida Administrative Code. Notice of the proposed adoption of rules in new Rule Chapter 12D-9, F.A.C., and revisions to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C., were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly (Weekly) on September 4, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 35, pp. 4249-4280). Notice of the proposed partial repeal of provisions in Rule Chapter 12D-10 was published in the Weekly on December 18, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 50, pp. 6430-6434). Notices of Change for the rules in new Rule Chapter 12D-9, F.A.C., and Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C., were published in the January 22, 2010 edition of the Weekly (Vol. 36, No. 3). A second Notice of Change for new Rule Chapter 12D-9, F.A.C., was published in the February 5, 2010 edition of the Weekly (Vol. 36, No. 5).
