61G5-31.001

Hair Braiding Defined (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to define the term “manufactured materials” as it relates to hair wrapping.

SUMMARY:

The new rule provides a guide or notice to hair wrappers as to the meaning of “manufactured materials” used inn hair wrapping.
