PURPOSE:

The rule chapter governing juvenile delinquency diversion programs is repealed as part of the reorganization of the subtitle. Much of the content of the repealed rule chapter will be found in newly-created Chapter 63D-10, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Provisions addressing delinquency diversion programs for youth are repealed.
