PURPOSE:

The rule chapter governing the department’s role in the operation of a juvenile assessment center is repealed as part of the reorganization of the subtitle. Much of the content of the repealed rule will be found in newly-created Chapter 63D-11, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Provisions addressing the department’s participation in the operation of juvenile assessment centers are repealed.
