PURPOSE:

The rule chapter governing the provision of focused probation case management is repealed as part of the reorganization of the subtitle. Much of the content of the repealed rule chapter will be found in newly-created Chapter 63D-10, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Provisions addressing supervision and case management are repealed.
