PURPOSE:

The rule chapter governing the provision of services to youth on probation or committed to a minimum-risk nonresidential program is repealed as part of the reorganization of the subtitle. Much of the content of the repealed rule chapter will be found in newly-created Chapter 63D-12, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Provisions governing facility-based day treatment and non-facility-based community supervision programs are repealed.
