PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the standards and procedures for the provision of intervention and case management services for youth who have been court-ordered to be supervised by the department, placed in department custody, or have otherwise agreed to participate in a diversion program.

SUMMARY:

The rule addresses all stages of service intervention, from diversion through court-ordered probation and aftercare.
