PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify language regarding the time frames inmates may possess consumable items from the institutional canteen, as this language is being removed from Rule 33-203.101, F.A.C., via Chapter 120, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule clarifies language regarding the time frames inmates may possess consumable items from the institutional canteen, as this language is being removed from Rule 33-203.101, F.A.C., via Chapter 120, F.S. The proposed rule also adds a canteen-purchased plastic bowl to the approved inmate property list.
