6A-10.0341

Career Education Student Follow-Up Requirements

PURPOSE:

The rule establishes procedures for determining a postsecondary student’s placement status. The amendment to the rule is to be consistent with terminology in current law relating to career education and identifying Florida colleges in addition to community colleges already identified in the rule. The effect is a rule which is clear and consistent with governing law.

SUMMARY:

Terminology is updated to be consistent with current statutes.
