RULE:

64B8-44.007

Standards of Practice

PURPOSE:

To consider the rule in light of technological developments and national changes in the practice field which may be impacting Florida practitioners negatively.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment would allow a video conference for the initial assessment of a patient, providing the patient and practitioner is provided the same auto and video equipment.
