64B24-2.001

Licensure to Practice Midwifery

PURPOSE:

To update, reorganize, and add questions to the licensure application in accordance with legislation passed during the 2009 Session.

SUMMARY:

This rule incorporates the revised application form including questions required by Section 456.0635(2), Florida Statutes.
