	The Agency for Workforce Innovation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 3, 2010, 3:00 p.m., EST; August 10, 2010, 10:00 a.m., EST; October 4, 2010, 3:00 p.m., EST, October 8, 2010, 3:00 p.m., EST; November 5, 2010, 3:00 p.m., EST; December 13, 2010, 10:00 a.m., EST.

Subject:	In accordance with Section 120.525 Florida Statutes, a mandatory Pre-Response Conference (June 3, 2010), meeting of the Evaluation Team (August 10, 2010) and meeting of the Negotiation Team (October 4, 2010, October 8, 2010, November 5, 2010 and December 13, 2010) are hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Negotiate (Number: 10-ITN-001-SS, “UC Claims and Benefits Information System Design, Development and Implementation”. The Agency reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Weekly (F.A.W.).
