Overview



	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, June 21, 2010, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0300

Subject:	The purpose of the public meeting is to provide an opportunity to the public, including members of the Florida Retail Federation Self Insurers Fund (FRFSIF) and the OIR to solicit testimony, comments, questions and evidence with respect to a Plan of Reorganization under which FRFSIF intends to reorganize as a stock insurer that will be indirectly owned by a mutual insurance holding company. FRFSIF member attendance at the meeting is not required. In lieu of attendance, members may provide a notarized statement that will be included in the record.
