Electronic Filing System (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To administer and establish program standards for the electronic filing system and for the users of the Department’s electronic filing system, including but not limited to; establishing participation requirements; certification of service providers; electronic filing system requirements, and enforcement authority for noncompliance.

SUBJECT:

Electronic Filing System for third parties to issue motor vehicle titles and registrations.
