PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to establish department processes for the temporary professional licensure of spouses of members of the Armed Forces.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed in these rules is the process by which the department issues temporary professional licenses for spouses of members of the Armed Forces.
