PURPOSE:

The Division of Recreation and Parks is proposing to amend Chapter 62D-5, Part V, Florida Administrative Code to address needed changes such as revisions to definitions, scoring criteria, grant administration and to add new language to clarify ambiguities. These areas need clarification and changing due to evolving grant program policies.

SUBJECT:

Financial Assistance for Outdoor Recreation through the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP).
