61J1-8.001

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule to add a violation and fine as required by Section 455.227(1)(t), F.S., for failure to timely report a criminal conviction, or being found guilty or pleading nolo contendere to a crime.

SUMMARY:

A fine and violation will be added to the rule.
