PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments is to promulgate forms for registration of brands and/or labels and application for an exemption from the statutory imprinting requirement.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed in these rules is the promulgation of forms for use by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, Bureau of Licensing.
