PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to remove the requirement that inmate law clerks be presented with a certificate of completion of training by the department’s Central Office.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule removes the requirement that Central Office provide inmate law clerks with a certificate upon completion of law clerk training.
