60A-1.002	Purchase of Commodities or Contractual Services
60A-1.016	Contract and Purchase Order Requirements

PURPOSE:

To revise Chapter 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code, and forms PUR 1000 and 1001 with needed updates, to incorporate changes from Chapter 2010-151, Laws of Florida, and to clarify these rules and incorporate additional information regarding current practices and procedures related to purchases made by state offices.

SUBJECT:

Incorporating changes regarding purchases made by state offices into Chapter 60A-1, Florida Administrative Code, and corresponding forms.
