Overview



	The Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications, Florida Region 9, 700 MHz Committee Meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 31, 2010, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center, 20 South Military Trail (Room Location will be listed in the Lobby), West Palm Beach, Florida

Subject:	To discuss and take action on the Florida Region 9, 700 MHz Committee (FCC Region 9) agenda. A formal agenda will be provided on the day of the meeting. All committee members and public safety agencies, including state, municipality, county, Native American Tribal, and non-governmental organizations eligible under Section 90.523 of the Commission’s rules, are invited to attend this session. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
