RULE:

69B-211.011	Photo Identification Required (Repealed)
69B-211.012	Exemptions to Photo Identification Requirement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule repeals the requirement that licensees must have a photograph on their licensure identification cards and repeals the exemptions for that requirement. The Department will permit licensees to print insurance license identification cards electronically via internet connection.
