PURPOSE:

Chapter 65A-24, F.A.C., Individual and Family Grant Program, will be repealed as the program was combined into the Federal Assistance to Individuals and Households Program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the authority of 42 U.S.C. §5174.

SUMMARY:

Chapter 65A-24, F.A.C., Individual and Family Grant Program will be repealed.
