PURPOSE:

To administer and establish operating requirements for the electronic filing system and for the users of the Department’s electronic filing system, including but not limited to: establishing participation requirements; certification of service providers; electronic filing system requirements; and enforcement authority for noncompliance.

SUMMARY:

The electronic filing system allows authorized users to conduct title and registration transactions for their customers.
