60P-6.0075

Benefits (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 60P-6.0075, F.A.C., is to create rule conformity with the changes outlined by the most recent General Appropriations Act. The effect will be that the rules reflect the most recent legislative intent and the State will no longer pay 100% of the premium for health coverage for Senior Management Service or Selected Exempt Service employees.

SUMMARY:

The State will no longer cover 100% of the premium payments for state group health insurance for Senior Management Service or Selected Exempt Service employees.
