RULE:

64J-3.001	Certification of 911 Public Safety Telecommicators
64J-3.002	Public Safety Telecommunication Course Equivalency
64J-3.003	Renewal of 911 Emergency Public Safety Telecommunicator

PURPOSE:

To comply with new legislation.

SUMMARY:

This rule changes the titles from “911 emergency disptacher” to “911 public safety telecommunicator”. This rule also implements the fee requirements outlined in the new legislation.
