Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 7, 2010, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Traveler’s Inn, 28610 U.S. Highway 27, Dundee, Florida

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a public information meeting to provide information on the upcoming roadway project on US 27 from State Road 540 to State Road 542 in Polk County, Florida. Improvements to be made as part of this project consist of widening US 27 from four to six lanes, resurfacing of the roadway, drainage improvements, street lighting, guardrail, updating signalization, and landscaping. This public information meeting will be an open house format with no formal presentation. Project staff will be available to answer questions regarding access to businesses and residential entrances, lane closures and other project related information.
