PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to comply with the requirements in Sections 413.22 and 413.445, F.S., to adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of Chapter 413, Part II, F.S. The effect will be rules that accurately reflect all current requirements related to the provision of vocational rehabilitation services.
