	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, September 29, 2010, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Friendship Hall at Tamiami Village, 16555-A N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Meyers, Florida 33903

Subject:	Docket No.: 100149-WU, Application for increase in water rates in Lee County by Ni Florida, LLC. The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting. For questions, contact Commission staff, Jared Deason at (850)413-6844. Emergency Cancellation of Customer Meeting: If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the meeting, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties.
