Requirements for Prosthetic or Orthotic Residency or Internship

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes this change to delete the internship or residency program and the application form required, which is incorporated in Rule 64B14-4.004, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This amendment will delete the internship or residency program and the application form required.
