PURPOSE:

To repeal the Rules 49D-1.001 through 49D-1.009, Florida Administrative Code, as the provisions of the rule are obsolete and no longer in accordance with applicable statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

The Board of Directors proposes to repeal the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority’s rules regarding its administration due to them becoming obsolete and unnecessary as a result of statutory revisions to Section 120.53 F.S., which eliminated the requirement that these items be adopted into rule.
