  The Department of Health, Board of Nursing hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Section 120.54(3)(c)1., F.S., a Public Hearing will be held on Rule 64B9-8.005, F.A.C., at the time, date and place listed below: announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.
