Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 30, 2010, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Leesburg Community Building, 109 East Dixie Avenue, Leesburg, Florida 34748

Subject:	The Upper Ocklawaha River Basin TMDL Working Group was formed to provide a forum for stakeholders to discuss issues related to the Upper Ocklawaha River Basin TMDLs, including development, allocation, and implementation of the TMDLs through a Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The Upper Ocklawaha River BMAP was adopted in 2007. Updates and presentations on local efforts underway to achieve the TMDLs in the basin will be given in the morning. A technical discussion, focused on review and update of the monitoring plan developed for the BMAP, will take place in the afternoon.
